Another popular Studio 49 Fitness workout using the CRT. You will incorporate many circuit exercises along with intervals using the CRT, with an emphasis on ballet. Don't let the 'ballet' fool you ....this class is intense for both men and women!

This is one of Christie's long-time popular workouts that now incorporates her CRT product. The name is deceiving. Not only do you work your butt and gut, you work every body part known to man, using functional toys along with the CRT.

Say goodbye to the 90's step workout and welcome to the step class of here and now, adding the CRT! This low-impact cardio workout is great for anyone who may have knee issues but still wants to get that 'cardio high' and running or high impact is no longer an option.The combo of upper body work while using the step is an overall body workout that keeps on giving, especially the next day.

This workout is great for runners, walkers, and cardio-driven clients of all kinds. It will have an emphasis on elongating the muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to help prevent injury that often occurs with overuse. We will incorporate the CRT as well as foam rollers to achieve the goal.

Yoga

Taking yoga to a new level. Many popular yoga poses using the CRT will help you reach your goal with certain poses you may have struggled with in the past, as well as tone the upper and lower body simultaneously with every pose.
