Jonathan McDowell
Jonathan McDowell is a NASM certified personal trainer, TPI golf fitness specialist and Park Tudor High School's boys and girls golf coach. Jonathan has always had a passion for fitness and golf. He played golf in high school and collegiately.  Fitness and golf started and continue to be a cornerstone.   
  Before he started dedicating his life to the industry he spent nine years as a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual and most recently was the summer school director at Park Tudor. The experience that he gained advising clients and from what he learned running a large summer camp has been instrumental in his ability to apply skills of coaching, advising, and running teams.  These skills are a boon as a personal trainer and golf fitness specialist.

Ryan Campbell

Ryan Campbell left his corporate job and cubicle to venture back on a career path that aligned with his passion for fitness. Along with his enthusiasm, Ryan brings with him 15 years of experience as a competitive endurance athlete and multiple years of experience working with individuals to achieve their fitness goals. He offers customized programs, guided workout sessions and ongoing wellness education. He understands what it's like to have a desk job, try to fit in workouts, and balance family and kids. His goal is to help deliver sustainable results for a healthier you.


Kelsey Morgan

Kelsey Morgan's path to yoga began as a way to round out her athletic routine. As a marathon runner, yoga offered the physical stretch Kelsey needed on the days in between runs. Not long after Kelsey began doing yoga, she noticed the strength it brought to her not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. Now, years later, she has a deep daily practice and profound admiration of yoga. To become a yoga teacher, Kelsey became 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certified and can now share her passion with others. She longs for continued luminous education on the subject and is currently working toward her 500 hour certification. Kelsey is experienced in teaching all levels of physical ability. She especially loves teaching yoga to her young daughter and the children she works with. She teaches with enthusiasm and a zeal for the practice. Her classes are light and playful as well as calming and nurturing.


Lynn Marshall graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology followed by a degree in Physical Therapy.  She is a licensed Physical Therapist who has been practicing PT for over 20 years.  She currently works in an out-patient setting at IU Health North Hospital.  Lynn has been teaching group fitness classes for over 25 years including Spinning, Step, Hi-Lo, Interval Training, Body Sculpting, and is now a certified instructor in The CRT Method.  She enjoys running, cycling, swimming and skiing.  Lynn has run several marathons, numerous mini marathons, and competed in a half -Ironman triathlon.  Lynn is very passionate about inspiring others to maximize their strength and fitness potential.

Anne Clinton - Anne is an elite athlete in running and triathlons, with multiple distinctions achieved throughout her life. While studying at Florida State University, she made All Regionals and qualified twice for Nationals for cross country and track. After college she lived in Charleston, SC where she was awarded runner up for being the fastest female in South Carolina. She is also a proud finisher of the prestigious Boston Marathon. In addition to being a certified, The CRT Method instructor, Anne currently teaches Physical Education and Health, and coaches cross-country and track at the International School of Indiana.
